This page applies to customers who selected “Subscribe & save” for Waterless Carpet Foam Stain Remover. The current plan sends the selected product bundle every 30 days with a 20% subscription discount.

Cancel future renewals

You can cancel at any time without a cancellation fee. Email support@stalemp.com from the email used at checkout and include the order number, or call +1 206-416-6845. Submit the request before the next scheduled renewal is processed.

Change a bundle, delivery address or payment method

Contact support with the order email and order number. For security, do not send full payment-card details by email or phone. We will provide the appropriate secure instructions.

Orders already processed

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. If a renewal order has already been processed, it remains subject to the Shipping & Delivery and Return & Refund policies.
