180-Day Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to Waterless Carpet Foam Stain Remover, included towels or accessories, and related household spot-cleaning products purchased directly from stalemp.com. You may request a return within 180 days after delivery.

Before requesting a return

If the concern is product performance, tell us the surface material, stain type and how the foam was applied. Results vary by material and stain age, so always spot-test a hidden area and follow the product directions. We may request photos to help resolve damaged, leaking, incorrect or missing-item claims.

Eligibility

The cleaner may be reasonably tested. When a physical return is required, keep the remaining product, bottle, included towel or accessories and available packaging. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted. Do not mail a return to our registered business address unless our support team specifically provides that address in the return instructions.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns. If the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover authorized return costs where applicable.

Refunds

After an eligible return is received and inspected, or a refund is otherwise approved, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the credit. Original express-shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.

Cancellations and subscription orders

Contact us as soon as possible to cancel an unfulfilled order. We cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfillment has begun. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal orders; a renewal order already processed is handled under this Return & Refund Policy.
