Shipping & Delivery

Stalemp currently ships Waterless Carpet Foam Stain Remover, product bundles and included cleaning accessories to eligible addresses within the United States.

Order processing

We aim to process and dispatch one-time and subscription orders within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are normally processed on the next business day. Busy periods may require additional processing time.

Rates and estimated transit time

Tracked Standard Shipping is free. Express Shipping is available for $15.00 where offered at checkout. Estimated transit time after dispatch is normally 7–15 business days for Standard Shipping and 5–10 business days for Express Shipping. These are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, customs or an incorrect delivery address.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent to the email used at checkout after dispatch. Please allow up to 72 hours for the first carrier scan to appear. Multi-bottle bundles or included accessories may be packed together unless the shipping notice says otherwise.

Address changes, damage and missing parcels

Check the delivery address before completing checkout. Email support@stalemp.com immediately if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. If a parcel arrives damaged or tracking shows delivered but it cannot be located, contact us with the order number and relevant photos or carrier details so we can investigate.

Registered address

Our registered business address is not automatically a product-return address. Follow the authorization instructions in our Return & Refund Policy before mailing a return.
