Shenqiu County Shengzouqi General Merchandise Store (Sole Proprietorship) operates Stalemp and is the data controller for stalemp.com. The website is an online store for waterless carpet foam stain remover and related household spot-cleaning products. This policy explains how we handle information when you browse the store, buy a product, choose the optional 30-day subscription, request delivery support or contact us.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery address, order number, chosen product bundle or variant, subscription selection, support messages, device and browser information, IP address, cookie identifiers and store interaction data. Shopify and the applicable payment provider process payment-card details; we do not receive or store your complete card number.

We use information to show the correct product and subscription price, process one-time and recurring orders, arrange tracked delivery, send order and renewal communications, answer product-use questions, handle returns and refunds, prevent fraud, secure the store, measure store performance and comply with legal obligations.
