These Terms govern use of stalemp.com and purchases from Stalemp. Shenqiu County Shengzouqi General Merchandise Store (Sole Proprietorship) is the contracting entity that operates Stalemp, an online store for Waterless Carpet Foam Stain Remover and related carpet, rug and upholstery spot-care products. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Product use

Product descriptions and images explain the intended spot-cleaning use. Follow label directions, keep the product away from children, avoid ingestion and eye contact, and spot-test a hidden area before applying foam to carpet, rugs, sofas, car seats or other compatible upholstery. Results depend on the material, stain type and stain age.

Orders, bundles and pricing

You must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Product bundles, included accessories, promotional prices and availability are shown on the product page and may change before an order is placed. We may limit quantities or cancel an order for suspected fraud, obvious pricing errors or unavailable inventory; a paid cancelled order will be refunded.

Optional subscription

The product page offers an optional subscription with delivery every 30 days and a 20% subscription discount. Selecting it authorizes recurring charges for the chosen product variant until cancellation. The price and renewal terms are displayed before checkout. There is no cancellation fee. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Our Shipping & Delivery, Return & Refund and Subscription policies form part of these Terms.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not misuse the store, interfere with checkout, introduce malicious code, copy protected store content for commercial use, impersonate another person or use the site for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Third-party services and liability

The store relies on Shopify, payment processors, subscription technology and shipping carriers. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer's place of residence.
