Subscription Policy

Stalemp offers an optional subscription for the Waterless Carpet Foam Stain Remover. The current subscription delivers the selected product variant every 30 days and applies a 20% discount to the product price shown for that subscription.

How recurring orders work

When you choose “Subscribe & save” and complete checkout, you authorize a recurring charge for the selected product bundle every 30 days until cancelled. Any applicable tax or delivery charge is shown during checkout. Subscription orders are shipped with tracking under our Shipping & Delivery policy.

Changing or cancelling

You may cancel at any time without a cancellation fee. Email support@stalemp.com using the email associated with the order and include the order number. You may also call +1 206-416-6845. Ask us before the next scheduled renewal is processed. Cancelling stops future renewals; an order already processed remains subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Product or payment changes

Contact support if you need to change the selected product bundle, delivery details or payment method. For account security, do not send complete card details by email or phone.
